We stayed for a night to attend an MLB game and it was a great stay. The premises were clean, the staff was friendly, and the appearance of the room was updated. The bed and furniture were tidy and we got great rest. The breakfast options were convenient and fairly healthy. I wasn't expecting it, but having cage-free eggs, oat milk, and PFA-free compostable plates and cups was fantastic.

“The room was very clean and it felt like affordable luxury” - my wife We checked in with Malaysia who was a great help to us! My wife loved the room. We stayed in a double queen. It did not come with a couch but we weren’t in need of one. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted. Protein, coffee, and high quality waffles. Wasn’t over the top, but the only thing it left to be desired were some freshly cut fruit or berries. But it was all included in the stay which more than makes up for it. I’ve had to pay upwards of $21 for a mediocre buffett and no waffle option at other Marriotts. Disgraceful! Our room was clean, everyone we talked to was attentive and nice, and of all the hotels we have stayed in, my wife said that this was one of her favorites! Thanks again to Malaysia for the help while checking in! You were a lifesaver!
Rita, the woman at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and courteous. She accommodated us needing a last minute hotel room as an after midnight walk-In. She also promptly gave us a complimentary room upgrade upon finding a minor room issue, informed us on breakfast times, and gave exceptional customer service. I usually don’t book at Marriott hotels, though Rita made our experience great and we look forward to staying with Marriott again!
Jasmine and Malaysia are absolutely amazing at exceptional customer service! We left a nearby hotel due to a terrible experience, and choosing to stay here was the best decision we made. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We shared our previous experience and travel expectations, and they were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were more affordable, clean, odor free, pest free, and well maintained. Their hospitality truly made a difference. If we're ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!
I would like to thank the front desk clerk Ms. Chiynah for giving me the service that I would expect from JW+ properties. It was a last minute booking, checked in very late, and still felt full value of having status at a Marriott property.
